Gastronomy in Toledo

The excellent cuisine of Castilla-La Mancha boasts a wide variety of dishes and combines ancient recipes with modern cuisine.

The most outstanding dishes are those that come from the hunt such as partridge, rabbit or venison; garlic soups, gazpacho, stews, and roasts such as suckling pig or lamb.

When the time comes to choose the most delicious desserts, many would opt for our Manchego cheeses and Marzipan.

These delicacies can be washed down with the best regional wines.
